Public bug reported: I am using Hardy Heron 32 bit version.
I have Telugu language installed on my computer. I have set it to switch between English and Telugu by using CTRL+Space. When I put into Ubuntu the regular way with my default language (English), I can change between Telugu/English with no problems and it works flawlessly in all my software packages. The problem comes when I change the language at the bootscreen to Telugu so that the menus and such are all in Telugu. At this point I type in English by default (which I prefer) but I can't change to Telugu with CNTRL+Space any more. I also don't have the language keyboard in the top right that I see in regular English boot which allows me to switch to Telugu also.
