And I think I have the same behaviour as Anderson: when I change the
protocol or press the 'up' button, I get the message.

I've upgraded to 4.1.1 and the bug is still there.
I installed my system on hardy-8.04-64-bit-alternate-kde4-kubuntu-remix
(whoa.. But that should tell you what I used :) and have since been
upgrading the latest kubuntu-member ppa packages.

[KDE4 ppa] Konqueror gives cervisia / .desktop -file
Same bug here with kubuntu hardy and KDE 3.5 + latest packages of 4.1.1
from ppa. The bug started when I upgraded to 4.1.1. it wasn't present in
4.1.0. I have cervisia and cervisia-kde4 installed. So this looks very
much like a bug introduced in the transition from 4.1.0 to 4.1.1 in the
ppa package

This bug is present in my system since I upgraded from Kubuntu Hardy to
Kubuntu Intrepid in early stages of development and, then, Intrepid
upgraded from KDE 3.5.x to KDE 4.0.x. I just installed KDE 4.1.1 and
still see this message.
I also have access to another Kubuntu Hardy desktop with KDE 4.1.
In that case you wouldn't need cervisia-kde4 anyway :)
This issue however is very strange since I can't reproduce it on my
system, maybe the upcoming 4.1.1 is going to fix it.
