Problem is not it, that secret key and private key doesn't match.
Problem is, that using thunderbird or kmail, doesn't decrypt, because it
doesn't ask passphrase. Could you change title, when this is confirmed.

encrypt and decrypt worked but it said gpg-agent didn't started. It have
some problem. It didn't ask password in thunderbird or kmail, but on
konsole it asked. Sorry if I was wrong about passphrase problem, but I
have could use enigmail without problems before this..

Thanks. And you are sure this is the key used to encrypt the message
for? Try copying out the encrypted message (view source, copy the
complete encrypted message-part) into a new file and use gpg --decrypt-
files . What does it say in terminal?

If you type gpg --list-secret-keys in terminal, do you get the secret-
key the message was encrypted against shown?
