Are you sure it doesn't work? It's not a standard plasmoid, it's intended to be
used on a panel like this:
- right-click on a panel -> add Panel
- right-click on this panel ->add Widgets.. -> choose the XBar --> drag'n'drop
it on the new panel.

This package was last built 2 days ago. Since then no new versions of
libplasma have been released, meaning that the plasmoid doesn't work
because of a simple needs-rebuild issue. Something must be wrong with
the plasmoid's packaging or the plasmoid itself.
