Loïc: There are no signs of a crash here. An oops should show up on the console if it were the same bug, correct? It does not. The boot process just stops with no indication of error. And there is no crash of the driver is loaded after boot instead. So I doubt this bug is the same as bug #275227.

I tried the blacklist/modprobe approach. It never crashes, and there are no errors in dmesg. Also, using the wireless after about 30 reloads of the driver does not crash it, it works fine. So I would say this might be related, but is not the same bug. Thanks for helping clearing this up. :) --
