Sorry, I cannot confirm that the bug is fixed. But I can offer a workaround to use http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk/tools/client- side/change-svn-wc-format.py to downgrade the working copy to 1.4, then do whatever you need against that copy. Yes... not a solution, but it allowed me to do what
