as in karmic, there is no tray icon for empathy no more, only the normal
window list on the bottom, trying to move the empathy-window by
maximising-minimising didnt work, so i suspect its fixed for me too.

this bug occurs only with compiz enabled, for details see the video, this
describes it all.
While it only seems to occur with empathy, its rather a compiz bug!

Is this still occuring for you? Is the issue the same as the one
described in the GNOME bug (i.e. the window position is not remembered)
or is this something else?
