I have tested to print from OpenOffice on two printers (HP LaserJet 3390
and HP Color LaserJet 3600) and I cannot reproduce the bug. For me it
looks like that it is a problem of a particular printer driver.
Can you tell which printer you have?

I just installed Koffice with the same printer output problem, so it appears
not to be OpenOffice with the problem. Gedit prints O.K. Any clues please?
