output of the command
stat /var/lib/apt/periodic/update-success-stamp
then run the command and attach the resulting file /tmp/apt-get_update.log
sudo apt-get update | tee /tmp/apt-get_update.log
Then rerun stat /var/lib/
I have the same problem. My update-manager insists I last updated my
system 98 days ago, but I have done it just today.
This is the output of my apt-get update:
