Wow. 1.5 years after I post this, I get a response. Well, I don't use
libtrash anymore because it is extremely slow, so I could care less
about this anymore.
But, yes cleantrash and cl2.pl are indeed part of the libtrash ubutnu package.
A quick click on "list of files" form the ubutnu packages
