Tested with transmission 1.51-0ubuntu1, the torrent now simply displays
"No such file or directory". Marking fixed.

Works for me in svn trunk: when pulling out the flash drive while
downloading to it, Transmission pauses the torrent, changes its color to
`red' in the main window's list, and changes the torrent's status text
to "input/output error" with no crash.

No, unfortunately. But, like getting dizzy from turning around too
fast, it's pretty easy to reproduce ;)

Transmission should probably never crash, but IMO this is a case of
`doctor it hurts when I do this'. :)
