it seems that the problem disappeared, without changing the file, maybe
a gnome 2.24 update solve the problem...

Could you tell me what Ubuntu version are you running? as well as the
gnome-inm-forecast version. Because I can not reproduce this problem.
The last version is the 0.6.1.
