Public bug reported:

(Note that this is not a regression).

Intrepid includes libgphoto2 2.4.2, however, the required device details
for supporting the Apple iPhone 3G appeared in the upstream svn tree
after release and no new release has yet been made. I have pulled what I
believe to be the appropriate section of the SVN source.

>From my own testing it seems that all that is required is a single line
patch and the phone can be properly browsed in nautilus, and photos
viewed. Without the patch the phone appears empty.

The impact of this patch should be miniscule-to-zero, as it is simply
claiming an additional device that was not previously supported.

** Affects: libgphoto2 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
