Why don't you try 1000-(5%*1000), idiot? You can't just say 5%, cause
it assumes 5% of 1 which is why it does that.

Not a bug. User error.
It is calculating it correctly, actually. Here's why:
5% = 5 per cent
cent = 100
5 per 100 = 5/100 = 0.05
1000 - 0.05 = 999.95
It is a correct calculation. What you probably meant to enter was
1000 minus 5 percent of 1000, right?
of is equivalent to multiplication
By th way, it would be nice if you refrained from using profanity on

fot the answer if ud press 1000 - 5%or it whould show 50 ..and if ud
press= again it whould give u 950 :D so i think its stupid haha :D

calculator.com says: 1,000 - 5% = 999.95
