As far as I know there is no rule anywhere prohibiting anyone from nominating a bug for release?? They are not disabled at all. The repos are enabled but you need to do sudo apt-get update. Starting Add/Remove will prompt you for a reload as to I believe will Synaptic. The issue here is the fact that the repos aren't on the cd which are the only repos enabled until you refresh them. This wa
