It works fine with a different theme. I changed the tooltip background
in my default theme and everything goes fine. Anyway, it changed after
the upgrade so there must be something wrong in the upgrade process.

Oh, in that case, I don't know where this goes. The screenshot shows
you're not using a dark theme, so I don't think it's a theme issue, but
just to be sure, could you try changing themes?
