the new stacktrace has no debug symbols, could you install libxcb1-dbgsym libx11-6-dbgsym libglib2.0-0-dbgsym libgtk2.0-0-dbgsym nautilus-dbgsym and get an another one? could you run env on a command line and copy that to a comment? Do you have the issue if you don't use the fglrx video driver?

Every time I boot, I get a gray box in the upper left corner. If it doesn't go away after 30 seconds, I restart X, and I either get a gnome error (see attached image) about half the time or a regular desktop the other half of the time. I only get the crash report for nautilus intermittently. At
