Just performed an Ubuntu 6.06 Dapper install (from a desktop cd) and the
wireless link works correctly out of the box.

I performed some more tests. and there seem to be problems with the Edgy.
I performed both "text mode" and "desktop" install and I foud out the following:
If a "text install" is performed, then the wireless interface is
detected properly during the install, but it is not detected by

Just installed final edgy and had my network interfaces (wireless too)
correctly detected and working during install, but not configured after install.
Also, wireless interface is not detected after the installation event though it
was during install.
