Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: deluge-torrent

There are the official ubuntu packages for which there is launchpad,
there are the latest stable packages for which upstream has trac. And
then there are Zach Tibbitts packages from the LP deluge team which stay
on the bleeding edge. Thanks for providing them!

The problem is, that there is no way to report a bug against them. I
tried with trac #505, but that ticket was rejected because it did not
apply to upstream and in a way they are right. The deluge team should
have some place where bugs in their packages can be reported.
