@Greg: can you please open another bug with a screenshot with that
issue? Unfortunately, I don't have a double screen to see that bug.
This one (the expanding on the dual screen) is closed, at least. I mark
it as fix released.

In Ubuntu 9.10, netbook-launcher only shows on the top-left-most screen,
regardless of which is the primary screen. Putting the external monitor
above the laptop screen puts netbook-launcher on the external monitor,
but the panel on the laptop screen.
