I don't know of one. The best source of documentation I know is in
/usr/share/doc/installation-guide-${arch}/ . That said, anything that
can be set from debconf can be set from preseeding, so if you can't
preseed something in the installer, you may be able to preseed gdm in
some way.

is there a way to also preseed timed logins ? if the user logs out that
is the function logging him in again automatically.

Oops. Typo. I think the preseed file should contain:
tasksel tasksel/first multiselect mobile-mobile
d-i passwd/auto-login boolean true
Note the use of '-' rather than '_'.
