i'd like to check if we're saying the same thing :
when i say "ctrl+0 is not working" i'm speaking of the 0 key that stands on
the numeric keypad
whereas the number key that can be accessed in combination with the shift key
works (ctrl+shift+à on a french keyboard)

As per upstream feedback as well as comment #4, seems more likely to be
a gtk issue than xkeyboard-config. Sorry to bounce this bug around yet
again, but seems to be a higher level issue.
