I installed Intrepid in my hard disk, and after an upgrade I see the
same problem again. I attach an screenshot to illustrate it.

This also happened for me after a GDM restart. I see the same group of
wireless networks 3 times. I also was prompted with the wifi password
box to fill in the details (although the password was populated
already). The wifi connected but with no reception bars and I had no
connectivity. Clicking
