Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubiquity

It seems that installing in most languages is again broken. Using 8.10
beta installer with network connection enabled during installation.
Chose Finnish as the installation language, but language support was not
downloaded from the Internet.

After installation, which is not probably related to ubiquity (or is the
note?), Ubuntu is now able to tell that language support is not complete.
However:
1. the note itself is not translated, including the buttons
2. the language download is still not offered in the following dialog, because
of bug #135752

So neither the pre-installation or post-installation language support
downloading works, leaving most people installing in languages not
included on the CD with English.

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
