Good evening,
I noticed there has not been an update on this bug in awhile. I am
wondering if you are still having problems with date/time stamp and
using sudo? Could you please update this bug and refer to what version
of Kubuntu you are currently using?

I've had similar events happen to me. With my clock set to 9:30pm in
Windows -- when I reboot to install Ubuntu/Kubuntu the clock there also
shows 9:30 in the bottom right. The datetime/timezone setting of the
install however shows 5:30. If I correct this and install the install
