Martin (West), from what I see this fix is still untested for the hardy
version of the kernel. Is there any chance you'll have an opportunity
to test this soon? We are trying to get the proposed kernel verified so
that it can be rolled into the next 8.04 point release.

Followed the proposed process for intrepid, kernel 2.6.27-8 was
installed. That kernel booted fine, no apparent problems, Thanks

Im doing the intrepid thing, its in progress. Wont be able to do the
hardy one for a while only got one of these machines :-(
btw I recently built the 2.6.27-9 kernel on this machine for another
problem and the problem was still fixed.
