I have used the DarkRoom theme, but I can't remember if the bug showed
up in the Human theme before I tried DarkRoom.
Also, the bug only affects the Human, Human Clearlooks, and DarkRoom
themes for me.

Seems to happen frequently/exclusively when rolling the mouse over
buttons in the window decoration.
