I get this error on every .pck until qrunner quits. No custom scripts in
use. Adding import email.Header does fix dumpdb, but not message
processing. Recently upgraded to 8.04 from 6.10. Have no idea how to
proceed.

in-house list generator script is to blame,
let the script use mailmans own email package and the problem i solved.
