Public bug reported:

Installation fail when two or more encrypted partition are set in the
installation process. The same bug persists in i386 server and alternate
desktop installations. Steps to reproduce:
1. start the installation, create two partitions for encryption.
2. run "Configure encrypted partitions". installation asks for formatting the
other partitions, and configuring encrypted ones, choose Yes.
3. after all ext2/3 partitions are formated, installation freezes when trying
to start the partitioner. The same bug can be seen in Gutsy.

Workaround: Use one encrypted partition and create LVM partitions on top of it.
Fix: Intrepid beta is working fine.
