Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gcc-4.2
This isn't enabled in gcc version 4.2.3 (Ubuntu 4.2.3-2ubuntu7) on hardy... but it should be. Without it destructors of static objects are run in a seemingly random order... you can get crashes at exit if you depend on them being run (as the standard specifies) in the reverse order that the corresponding constructors are run. It can be a huuuuge hassle to figure out. ** Affects: gcc-4.2 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- --enable-__cxa_atexit missing https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/281012 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
