I was reviewing this a bit closer. I see that the majority of the code
is GPL-3. However, the code used for accessing .zip files does not have
a clearly stated license. Is that officially a deal-breaker for seeing
this put into Ubuntu? or is there some way to resolve the license for
the .zip

New upstream release (0.8.5b), new package in revu, and new build in my
PPA https://launchpad.net/~khashayar/+archive.
Changes in the revu package:
- added dependency on zlib1g-dev
- tweaked the man page a little.
