Hi netcelli,
It sounds like you are now experiencing bug 290153 - although I'm not
sure if you have the same hardware. Anyways, care to try the workaround
mentioned there - ie boot with rootdelay=90 ? You may need to adjust
that number though.

With new kernel system boots but with two problems: i dont see the
usplash and kernel doesnt see my /boot partition and go to shell; but if
i type exit it find the partition and loads correctly. I checked from
grub the uuid and its correct :)

Hrm, I'm curious if this is maybe an issue with usplash since you
mention booting in recovery mode works. Care to do a few tests. First,
update to the most recent 2.6.27-7.12 kernel. Verify this is still an
issue. If so, can you try removing the 'quiet' and 'splash' boot
