Public bug reported:
after upgrade to intrepid beta (2008-12-12), the konsole application no
longer has german menus.
in language-pack-kde-de the relevant file /usr/share/locale-
langpack/de/LC_MESSAGES/konsole.mo is still included
but it is much smaller than before (now: 1934bytes, hardy: 30891 bytes).
Obviously some data is missing
