Per bug # 274203, the crashing part of this bug was fixed. No longer
does any of the action keys crash X.
However, the D-Pad still controls the mouse cursor by default which
shouldn't be. This makes the D-Pad controls not work in MAME. The only
thing left for this bug to be closed is for the
