/dev/.static/dev/. Sorry...

I can confirm this behaviour too.
Notice that if I try to manually creade files in /dev, no errors are reported:

...cut...
rm: impossibile rimuovere `vttuner-': File system in sola lettura (read only fs)
mknod: `vttuner-': File system in
I can confirm this as well.
Same output as the two examples above.
