** Description changed:
After updating to Intrepid from Hardy, the ktorrent's InfoWidget which
usually enabled is gone. So I take a look on the preferences, and find
out all the plugins is gone. The plugins list is empty.
Also, the KTorrent's 'favicon' on the windows list is gone too.
