Binary package hint: kdebluetooth
When I start kbluetooth4 it returns the following although bluetooth is
activated hardware-wise:
kbluetooth4(8883) Solid::Control::ManagerBasePrivate::loadBackend: Backend
loaded: "BlueZ"
kbluetooth4(8883) KBlueTray::offlineMode: offline Mode
I've tried "turning it off and on again".
Using Kubuntu 8.10 Intrepid.
