So I close this bug, as removing configuration directory solved the problem.

I solved the problem by removing the .kde folder in home

It seems that you are not using the correct version of k3b and Amarok (working
fine in my case).
Can you send the result of
apt-cache policy k3b
apt-cache policy amarok
