cheese doesn't show v4l2 video output and disables output on gstreamer-based
apps ran afterwards

I have a Dell XPS M1530, my webcam worked fine in Hardy.
After upgrading to Intrepid, I have the same issues. Video only works in
160x120 and 176x144.. I don't remember what the settings were in Hardy,
but the video looked much clearer.
Driver issue?

An extra note: Cheese worked without any problem on Hardy. Could
Intrepid be causing the problem?
