I don't agree. How would you install apache2 for instance? You couldn't,
because you'd need to use the "view" menu to select "all packages". OR
use apt-get...

This is talking about the View menu in the main menubar, right in
between the "Adept" and "Help" menu. It is non-vital that this menu
isn't populated.
