Impact: If something goes wrong with onboard wireless networking, will not be able to use USB. Concern of possible network issues. Redundant to have to use onboard and USB connections. Receives better wireless connection via USB than with onboard. With Hardy, I was able to leave the onboard wireless OFF, plug in the Wireless USB adapter, the connection would pick up and connect automatically. Now with Ibex I have to enable the onboard wireless before the USB wireless will work. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Upgrade to 8.10 RC breaks wireless USB https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/289339 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
