Thank you for helping with making Ubuntu and libmtp better by reporting
this bug. The error message you received indicates that the Creative Zen
X-Fi wasn't supported by libmtp. Normally you are asked to report that
upstream, so the device can be added.
However, this device has already been added to the list of supported
players in the latest version of libmtp, which is included in Karmic.
Therefore I'm marking this bug as Fix Released.
