This patch is rather trivial, it just checks for ${HOME}/.config/use- emerald or /etc/use-emerald-decorator. If either of those files exist, Emerald will be used by default, instead of gtk/kde decorations. User can enable Emerald by default, then, by "touch ${HOME}/.config/use- emerald" instead o
