FYI... It appears the latest backports package has fixed the problem for
me.
To use this:
1) Select System->Administration->Software Sources (or select
Settings->Repositories in Synaptic)
2) Select Updates tab
3) Select "Unsupported updates (intrepid-backports)"
4) Search for the package "linux-b

My apologies... this version of the lspc-vvnn.log file is ran with sudo
to get the most information as well as being ran prior to loading
ath_pci module manually.
