Hi, I've tried to collect a backtrace but, as Kevin experienced, when i
typed "gdb> attach pid#" my system froze. Music in background continued
playing but i'm unable to do anything. Power off button the only
solution. Still the most annoying bug in intrepid.

Hi,
I was unable to run a proper backtrace. "gdb> attach pid#" caused my
system to lock-up totally. Power off needed to reboot. Verifiable, did
it several times. Never the less here is my Xorg.log file, hoping it
will help.
This crash can happen as often as in the middle of the restart, to 30
sec
Please collect a full backtrace on this crash. See

Hi, does it happen to you with xorg.conf option "AccelMethod" "true"??
because it seems to have been fixed in the latest updates since
october.. Currently it's more than on week that i don't have these
crashes anymore. See my xorg.conf in files.tar.gz attachment..
