1. open oocalc
2. tools-macros-organize dialogs
3. new
4. edit
5. choose a File Selection(bottom, left) and draw a rect into the dialog box
6. choose Test Mode (second icon from the top, left) and click on Browse in
the appearing Dialog
7. note that nothing happens

When trying to use the filepicker service in openoffice under kde, I have a
message saying that the external filepicker is missing.
That issue can be easily reproduced by creating a dialogbox, inserting a
filepicker control, previewing the dialogbox and clicking on the
