Can you please give the exact steps you did to reproduce this bug? I am
unable to find the location to even attempt to add a filepicker...

External filepicker is missing in OpenOffice.org-kde
Still exists on jaunty.
1. open oocalc
2. tools-macros-organize dialogs
3. new
4. edit
5. choose a File Selection(bottom, left) and draw a rect into the dialog box
6. choose Test Mode (second icon from the top, left) and click on Browse in
the appearing Dialog
7. note that nothing happens
