I use a laptop; it ejected the DVD and could not get it back. On the 2nd
attempt, it did not try to format the DVD, and burned it.

I had similar problem, restarting K3B did not help. I rebooted the
system and the problem was gone.

I'm getting the exactly the same problem. I don't what 'playing around'
Robin did to get it to work, but no matter how often I try, I keep
getting the same error.

Played around a bit more and it stopped happening, and now is burning
