I installed rapidsvn to ubuntu 9.04
" apt-get install rapidsvn " set rapidsvn.po files to /usr/share/locales/*
folders.
It is wrong.
set rapidsvn.mo files to /usr/share/locales/*/LC_MESSAGES folders.
