ktorrent-kde4 in intrepid is a transitional package. Unlike hardy which
had a KDE 3 and KDE 4 version, intrepid only has ktorrent (which is the
kde4 version)

What version of KTorrent is this? Version 2 or 3? If version 3
(ktorrent-kde4), it should be marked against the aforementioned package
instead. (Version 2 is in maintenance mode, which is also read as
obsolete in the KDE world :D)
